Sales Team Leader

Salary: £37,500 per annum + commission (OTE of £60,000)

Hours: 8:45am-6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience to take the next step in their career and become a Team Leader.

No previous leadership experience? No problem! We’re not seeking the finished product but someone eager to learn. What do you need? Demonstrable experience in a telephone based sales role and a strong desire to develop people.

We will provide extensive training in our Bournemouth Head office so it is essential you are able to work away Monday to Friday- travel and accommodation paid for by us!

In this varied role you will lead a team of up to three Sales Executives, as well as having the opportunity to help our customers by selling yourself. This dual position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to kick start their management career, whilst having a truly ‘hands on’ approach to their role.
