Achievement of Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of SDG
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities
1 Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets
2 Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
3 Thorough knowledge of products in his department
4 My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
5 Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards
6 Perpetual Inventory Count
7 Cleanliness of area of responsibility
8 Managing brand promoters under his assigned team/ department
Requirements
Experience (Yrs& Field) Minimum 2years of experience in Retail Sales
Educational Qualification Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Skills & Abilities Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
