Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Sales Executive with a proven background working in a Dubai-based university. This is a key role in our Dubai office, ideal for a results-driven professional who understands the higher education/immigration landscape in the UAE and is passionate about international student recruitment and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote overseas education and immigration services.
- Leverage your experience and network from the Dubai university sector to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and partner institutions.
- Conduct field visits, cold calling, and digital outreach to drive business growth.
- Assist clients with the onboarding process, including application support and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or admissions in Dubai-based institutes (Education/Immigration) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the student recruitment process and education sector in the UAE.
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, Urdu preferred).
- UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred but not essential).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
