Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Sales Executive with a proven background working in a Dubai-based university. This is a key role in our Dubai office, ideal for a results-driven professional who understands the higher education/immigration landscape in the UAE and is passionate about international student recruitment and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote overseas education and immigration services.
• Leverage your experience and network from the Dubai university sector to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and partner institutions.
• Conduct field visits, cold calling, and digital outreach to drive business growth.
• Assist clients with the onboarding process, including application support and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or admissions in Dubai-based institutes (Education/Immigration) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the student recruitment process and education sector in the UAE.
• Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, Urdu preferred).
• UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred but not essential).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
