Our platform enables clients to better understand the reach and effect of their campaigns across channels, helping them make confident marketing decisions to reach and impact their audiences more effectively.
Embarking on our second decade of audience measurement, we are now looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Joining AudienceProject will give you a front-row seat in the rapidly evolving marketing technology sector and an opportunity to work within a respected business, delivering insights about audiences across the world's largest media channels to top-tier clients.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers and further developing the relationship with them. You will help support and grow our existing client base in Europe and work with global customers like Meta, Google, Kia, Boots, GroupM, Omnicom Media Group, and many more.
The overall goal of the job is to increase customer adoption and retention of the platform. You will work proactively with customers allowing them to see the value of the platform.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, and your day-to-day activities will include:
