What you need is:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of HR administration experience (e.g. recruitment, onboarding and HR operations)
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in English and French - written and verbal; Arabic is advantageous
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office with an advanced level of excel
- Highly Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathy and ability to work with others in a multicultural environment High learning agility
