About the job

Our clent is recruiting a Contract Loader to join their team to provide full administrative support within the Product Department working on a Hybrid basis based in West London.

You will be a vital member of the team, this is a varied role with a range of tasks and responsibilities, including the accurate loading and maintenance of Hotel Contracts, Special Offers, Product Proposals and other ad-hoc contracting related tasks.

In line with the product strategy, the role will require research into new products as well as creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing suppliers

As a Contract Loader you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

• Check all hotel contracts are up to date, maintained, and investigate any discrepancies
• Entering a range of data, including contract rates, conditions and allotment into the in-house database.
• Manage and maintain incoming and internal product information (contracts, special offers, supplier information, contact details, ad-hoc information)
• When requested, explore potential new products within the UK & Ireland and conduct competitor analysis.
• Assist with the development of relationships with the company's wide range of suppliers

Cocntract LoaderSkill Attributes

• You will have worked in Tour Operator / DMC / Travel / Hotel Environment OR a recent Travel (any) Graduate.
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Confident knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
