We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain company data. This role involves simple, repetitive tasks and is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, independent work in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and update digital records on a regular basis
• Organize documents and ensure data is stored correctly
• Perform basic data cleanup and formatting
• Generate simple reports or summaries when requested
• Follow company data privacy and confidentiality procedures
• Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or missing information to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computers, typing, and data entry software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks
• Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
