Our Customer Success team at Humaans is responsible for providing exceptional experiences to our customers to ensure they can optimise their time and effort for what's really needed - the employees.

You're Excited About Customer Success Manager London Jobs 

• Proactively managing the relationship with a portfolio of customers
• Defining and setting up processes to provide our customers with a delightful experience
• Managing renewal and retention
• Deeply understanding your customers’ use cases and aligning them to best practices
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to build up relationships and celebrate customers
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve the product and launch new features

• You have managed a portfolio of customers before and have a few years of experience in customer success or account management roles
• You care deeply about helping customers and colleagues and want to see them succeed
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional prioritisation and time management
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
