Adecco is hiring 25 Call Centre / Customer Service Representatives for a leading luxury e-commerce platform, based in Dubai.
Location: Al Garhoud, Dubai
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts | 6 days per week
Key Requirements:
Native / Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Very fluent in English (spoken & written)
Call centre or e-commerce customer service experience preferred
Must be currently based in the UAE
Own visa required for 7 months (valid for the contract duration)
Strong customer handling, communication & problem-solving skills
