Main Purpose of the Customer Services Administrator Jobs in Evesham

To assist the Customer Service Specialist(s) daily and maintain the Customers’ requirements from receipt of order, conception of artwork, production planning, and through to delivery of finished goods.

Relationships

Interfacing with internal and external customers, and operational departments.

Principal Accountabilities for Evesham Jobs of Customer Service Administrator

• Processing requests and orders within the Amcor SAP system and NAD database.
• Populating the daily Customer requirements and liaising with approved logistic partners to arrange deliveries.
• Managing finished goods stock levels and aged stocks, utilizing forecasts and order history.
• Working closely with the Customer service specialist, planning, PDM, and purchasing team.
• Monitoring and reporting on customer sales forecasts and providing daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.

Education, Qualifications & Experience for Customer Service Jobs

• Previous experience in logistics/supply chain and/or customer services desirable but not essential
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• IT literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good standard of education, GCSE O Level, A Level
