Client Service Specialist

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a leading Employee Benefits consultancy that are continuing their growth across the business but specifically within their Corporate Healthcare division.

Role & Responsibilities:

Supporting consultants with their healthcare schemes
Being the point of contact for client queries and resolving any issues they may have day-to-day
Processing renewals and liaising with insurers to collate quotes for their clients

Essential Criteria:

Strong knowledge and understanding of UK PMI, Dental schemes, Cash Plans, Health Screening and Travel schemes.
Employee Benefits Administration experience
CII IF7 qualified, preferred but the business supports training towards this.
