Live Chat Agent

What you'll be working on
 

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Providing support for a range of technical/non-technical issues
  • Handling customer requests and complaints
     

Responsibilities
 

  • Addressing customer issues and questions in a timely and helpful manner
  • Escalating complex cases to senior agents when needed
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of all customer interactions
  • Identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
     

Requirements
 

  • No experience or mid-level experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
  • Residency in Australia
