Backend Executive - Blendid Voice Process

Requirements:

• 1 year international voice process experience

Total Requirement: 5 Headcount

Experience:

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

CTC: Up to 20K CTC + 180 INR per working day traveling allowance

Working Model: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: Rotational 24/7 (Majorly night shift) with 5 days working

Responsibilities:

• Handle backend operations for the Blendid voice process.
• Utilize strong  communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Ensure proper use of Microsoft applications to maintain data and records.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve operational efficiency.
• Adapt to rotating shifts and manage work during night hours.
