The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring delivery personnel and managing HR activities within the logistics and supply chain industry. This role requires an in-depth understanding of local recruitment dynamics and the ability to manage HR operations effectively.
Responsibilities of HRBP Jaipur Jobs :
Spearhead the recruitment process for delivery boys and other operational roles.
Collaborate with the operations team to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Manage end-to-end HR activities for First Mile & RTS Operations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
Regularly report on HR metrics and recruitment status.
Qualifications of HRBP Role in Jaipur :
Proven experience in hiring delivery boys or similar roles within the logistics sector.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Local candidates from Jaipur are strongly preferred.
