What You'll Do

As a Technical Tester, you will:
 

• Test out products and provide reports about any issues or improvements that the product may require.
• Understand the architecture of the product being tested
• Review & understand the code to be tested
• Work with scripts & automation tools
• Analyse and log issues, and providing appropriate feedback
   

you'll bring

You’ll Have The Following Skills

• Experience in deconstructing Python & SQL scripts and use them in automation tools
• Demonstrated experience and drive to upskill to automation and to learn new test methodologies
• Experience of using defect tracking tools such as Jira, QC etc
• Attention to detail – Being detail oriented is required as you will test Products to find ways to improve them and isolate problems
• Communication – Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the engineering team and create testing plans and written reports showing errors
   

Any Of The Following Will Be a Bonus

• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred
• Experience in CPE interoperability, specialising in industry standards such as HDMI, HDCP, and CEC and their practical applications and testing standards
