Job Title: Customer Service and Admin Assessor

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Kent

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties

• Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Business Admin and Customer Service (up to Level 3) via a blended learning approach.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted
• Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
   

Criteria

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Business Administration and Customer Service at Level 3.
• Must hold strong occupational competency within Customer Service.
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel as required.
• Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
