Job Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrator to join our team in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks (using Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.)
• Support staff and foster parents with scheduling training
• Organize meetings and events
• Maintain records in our database
• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Assist with compliance-related tasks
• Take notes during meetings when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure
