About the HR Administrator - Nottingham Jobs

We at Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established company in their search for a HR Administrator to join their expanding team in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an administrative environment and a strong desire to learn and grow within an HR function.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer processes such as DBS checking, recruitment for a variety of roles and issue contracts of employment
• Establish and maintain employee individual electronic records held in the HR system and document management system in accordance with data protection
• Receive and screen enquiries via telephone and action emails
• Undertake general admin duties such as filing, faxing and photocopying
• Coordinate the employment process and reports
• Organise meetings and oversee the diary management

Skills & Experience

• Previous office experience admirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Well presented with a professional manner
• Knowledge of IT systems, to include MS Office
