Role: Temporary Part-time Administration Assistant

? HOURS: 16 Hours per week

? SALARY: £13.15 per hour depending on experience

? LOCATION: Westminster

Key Responsibilities of Part time Admin Jobs

  • ? Mailbox management
  • ? Sales admin support for the hotel team
  • ? Completing contracts
  • ? Drafting emails and coordinating send-outs
  • ?? Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring timely responses and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • ?? Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • ? Accurately enter data into company databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
