Role of Recruitment Manager London Jobs

As our Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all areas of our business.

Working closely with the HR and Operational teams to identify recruitment needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Manager London Jobs

• Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to source high-quality candidates for a variety of roles across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with all divisions and department to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilise a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening and Selection: Review CVs, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and job alignment. Facilitate/support interview processes and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand, promoting Axis as an employer of choice.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• On-boarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed of industry trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements of London Recruitment Manager Jobs 

• CIPD or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
