We ensure there continues to be a reliable communication between alarm systems and monitoring centers. Our services help protect properties from risks such as burglary, fire, and other emergencies by ensuring rapid response through constant connectivity and secure data transmission.
About The Customer Service Representative Job
We are now looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls, manage cases in our CRM systems, and provide 1st line technical support, sales and order support to customers. Additionally, you will:
Answer incoming calls: Manage and follow up on cases in our CRM and customer service applications.
Configure subscriptions: Open and configure subscriptions for end customers.
Provide technical support: Assist customers, installers, and alarm receiving centers (ARC) with technical issues.
Assist installers: Support installers with commissioning new equipment and making changes to existing systems.
Work with platforms: Register and provide support on Redcare’s products and services using our operating platforms.
Sales support: Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and product information.
Order support: Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Develop routines: Contribute to developing and quality-assuring technical and contractual follow-up processes.
Participate in feedback: Develop and maintain feedback and follow-up/reporting to customers.
Handle other tasks: Perform various other tasks within the customer service area.
