In this role, you'll make a meaningful connection with each person. You'll inform them about the advantageous products and services offered by Canada's largest telecommunications company, and build solutions tailored to each individual's situation.

• Competitive base salary of $20.19 after training (includes a bonus of $3.25 per hour worked) - plus an hourly bonus for weekend work and a monthly bonus based on performance.

During outbound calls, you ensure that customers make the most of the offers available:

• You establish a meaningful connection with each person;
• You define needs, identify sales opportunities and build mobile solutions adapted to each person's situation;

• You contribute to the team's success in a spirit of healthy competition and exceeding objectives.

Qualifications of Remote - Customer experience representative - Toronto Jobs

• Available to work full-time in the following time slots:
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST;
  • Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST;
• Reside near the Nordia Toronto centre to be able to travel to the training center if necessary;
• High-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in a sales environment is an asset!
• Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Completed high school diploma or equivalent;
