Job Description

We are the internal recruitment partner for a local well established, manufacturing company within the events industry based in Peterborough.

We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Sales Coordinator to join the team in Washingley.

As the successful Sales Coordinator, you will make a positive impact on the customer journey and experience by engaging with customers from point of enquiry through to the successful delivery; ensuring that the sales process runs as smoothly as possible for all involved, especially the client.

This role will provide you with a variety of tasks from answering and responding to customer enquiries, preparing detailed quotations, processing sales orders through to raising the final invoice.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with natural problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the requirements of the role.
 

Requirements
 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.

• Engaging with new and existing clients from point of enquiry - through to successful delivery of service/products
• Manging client's expectations throughout, always delivering a high level of customer service.
• Create an accurate detailed brief and communicate effectively to internal stakeholders (design and production teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
• Prepare and provide detailed quotations to clients.
• Full driving licence with access to a vehicle due to office location.

In return we are offering:

• A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday with some flexibility between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
• 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
