We are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled Customer Support Associates for our Flipkart Service Recovery process. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for resolving issues and queries of L2 irate customers via phone calls. This role demands excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI) issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve issues and queries of L2 irate customers over phone calls.
Maintain a clear and professional voice and accent while speaking in Hindi/English.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent support and follow-up.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Skillset Requirements:
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. No MTI or RTI issues, grammatical or pronunciation errors.
Voice & Accent: Clear voice and accent in Hindi/English.
Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate from any field.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome.
1 year of experience in BPO or any Customer Support role is preferred.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 25,000
In-hand Salary: 20,000
Shift Timings:
For Females: Day shifts till 9 PM.
For Males: Rotational shifts.
