Job Responsibilities (Accountant – Parking Car Wash Business)
1. Daily Record Management
• Maintain and update tower-wise car lists (new enrollments, cancellations, stopped services).
• Ensure accurate daily entries of customer data and service status.
2. Monthly Schedule Preparation
• Prepare tower-wise and day-wise car washing schedules for the entire month.
3. Salary & Staff Accounting
• Prepare monthly salary sheets for all staff.
• Maintain staff commission records and ensure weekly payouts are updated.
4. Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements:
• For each tower individually
• Combined company-wide P&L
5. Payment Collection & Tracking
• Maintain customer payment records (cash, bank transfer, online payments).
• Collect cash from customers when required and update the system daily.
• Send monthly payment reminders to customers and track overdue payments.
6. Building/Management Payments
• Handle payments to building management (cash, bank transfer, or cheque).
• Keep proper documentation for all building-related expenses.
7. Purchase & Expense Management
• Maintain all purchase bills and receipts.
• Record expenses and ensure proper filing for audits.
8. Financial Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with the operations team for daily updates.
• Provide management with accurate reports, summaries, and financial insights.
9. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial data.
