We’re looking for a mid to senior-level Recruiter for non-tech/corporate positions. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people who'll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut.

You'll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
• Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
• Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates
• Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
• Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
• Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
   

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
• Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
   

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintech
• Fluency in other languages
• Experience hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, and People roles
