Job Summary

Bring make-up artistry expertise by conducting highly exciting, fun makeup artistry events designed to educate customers on the latest makeup trends, tips & techniques.

Represent makeup expertise in front of press & make-up population.

Collaborate with marketing on event development, animation & product feedback.

Demonstrate makeup looks during brand training / Support the development of brand Face Designers

Key Duties & Responsibilities

POS

• Generate retails sales growth through the successful execution of makeup events.
• Build up & strengthen customer loyalty.
   

EDUCATION

• Ensure the demonstration of Make-up looks and key MU launches during organized trainings
• Implement the FD career development plan
   

PR

• Participates at each PR makeup events
• Develop a goodwill relationship with journalists.
• Contribute to brand makeup expertise offline & on line
   

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Sales performance 40%

• Event sellout target + brand sellout target achievement+ ranking
• In counters assigned brand sellout target achievement
• No of loyal customers added to the data base at minimum 35 customers /month
   

Training 40%

• Execute key education objectives based on marketing & retail goals & develop Makeup artistry
• Support the career dev. plan
   

PR & Events 20%

• National Mystery Shopper results & evolution % of successful events (target achieved)
• Number of PR events per year
• PR coverage index
