Description:Job Responsibility:

• Processing of DP World Payment within same day of BOE / ED date
• Download & Merge Inbound documents within 24 hrs. of BOE processing.
• Download & Merge Outbound documents within 24hrs of receiving all documents.
• Non-Remittance Claim to be filed within 2 days of receiving final SWB.
• Create Folders and save files for Outbound after ED is processed.
• Check and update COK status for Inbound.
• Supporting Inbound and Outbound for processing Deliver on set KRA’s for self and the Team.
• Any other tasks assign by Department Head when the need arises.
• Check and verify correctness of documents before processing.
• Processing of inbound/outbound BOE.
• Check and update Invoice & EDI data on EL master file ATD Basis/Saving Invoice & EDI files in common folder.
• Create and forward Shipment from DCO ATD Basis + 2 days (If Issue Escalate to ISME)
• Follow up on the escalated documents.
• BL for Consumables (DDU/DAP) Shipments to be checked within 24 hrs. of receiving SWB/Update
• Check for the complete set of documents are ready for handover.
• BOE numbers to be updated in master file to ensure all the documents are getting processed.
• Updating EL Master based on Arrival report/ITM.
• Updating Consumables Tracker & checking Documents on the same day notification is received.

Inbound

• Keep a track of all Inbound documents are checked ATD+2 days.
• Processing and sharing information (Elux /MWPP) shipments within 24hrs of Arrival.
