Customer Service Advisor - Sidcup - Full Time - Permanent - Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.15pm (38.75 hours per week)
Job Description
Due to the continued growth of our established and thriving business, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales office.
You will need to ensure that orders are entered correctly, promptly and make sure queries are resolved in a timely manner. Whilst working within our customer services department, you will need to work autonomously as part of a team to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be required to use a range of communication methods to ensure that customer enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
