IAT Computer LLC is seeking experienced and dedicated Laptop Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing laptops. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
Perform repairs and upgrades, including changing hard drives, RAM, displays, keyboards, and other components.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services provided.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Laptop Technician or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience with replacing and upgrading laptop components.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a repair shop or technical service center.
Knowledge of various laptop brands and models.
Location:
Candidates must be willing to work in Sharjah.
