As a Cinema Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring a smooth customer experience and efficient management of the team. You will manage staff, customer service, inventory, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the cinema.
Manage and motivate the cinema staff, including scheduling and training.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints.
Monitor ticket sales, concessions, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cinema equipment and ensure cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Customer service and people management skills.
Knowledge of cinema equipment and operations is a plus.
