The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for a program manager who shares Amazon's passion for the customer.
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with seller support, catalog, category teams and selling partners to audit and identify issues related to fees faced by sellers, gather relevant information and data and performing relevant deep dive. Post which you will work with them to alleviate the acute / short terms issues. You will also partner with product management teams as well to identify long term delivery, features and programs to improve the seller experience with respect to fees on the Amazon platform.
