Flawless Aesthetic Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general information about our services. You will play a key role in ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with their experience at our center. We are looking for someone who is not only a good communicator but also possesses a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide information about our services and procedures
  • Make outgoing calls to propective clients
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments in an organized and efficient manner
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service
  • Stay informed about our services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service.

Requirements

  • Bsc or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or communication is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to support client scheduling
