The Role:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the brand and key account managers to ensure efficient, effective execution of essential tasks to support the Growth Markets expansion targets of +15% growth across its European footprint. This role involves handling ranging and pricing for all European customers, input forecast into the internal systems, managing purchase orders and new vendors, maintaining master data, processing new line forms, internal reporting, addressing regulatory queries and managing the generic price list and promotions.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize product ranging and pricing within the Promax system to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Input the forecast as directed by the Key Account Manager, attending key meetings with distributor to understand risks, opps and context before loading into the internal systems, which may differ depending on brand and system available.
  • Handle the creation of purchase orders, vendor setup, and onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain and update master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and processes.
  • Process new line forms to facilitate the introduction of new products and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage and update the generic price list to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information is available.
  • Support with the monthly reporting for CPM presentations across the European accounts.
