Data Entry Admin - West Springfield Jobs

Job Description

• Maintain databases. Scan data such as spreadsheets, employee training records, technical data, test reports, chemical tech data sheets.
• Evaluate recorded data for errors prior to data entry
• Handle Data submitted from many facets within the organization.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation, drafting correspondence, and special projects.
• Adhere to communication procedure
• Follow/create Work Instructions
• Follow specifications, customer specific requirements, manuals, checklists, and/or other instructions as pertains to your position
• Perform daily data entry and maintenance of logs and files
• Maintain the work area, and office
• Enter and maintain data in automated system
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, with accuracy and efficiency.
