Overview:

Ureka Group UK is seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience. As a crucial part of our marketing department, you will spearhead our digital marketing campaigns, driving growth and sales through innovative strategies. This is your opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking company and enhance our digital footprint in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • SEO and SEM Initiatives: Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance organic search results. Manage SEM campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords to increase ROI.
  • Content Marketing: Strategize and implement content initiatives that effectively communicate our brand, lifestyle, and products, ensuring alignment with our SEO goals.
  • Social Media Marketing: Oversee our social media channels to enhance engagement, implement campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns tailored to customer segments to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Data Analytics: Use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  • Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns on various digital platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven, hands-on work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BBA / MBA in marketing or relevant field.

Compensation:

CTC: INR 8 - 12 Lakhs per annum, based on experience.
