About the Service Desk Operator Jobs in Carmarthen 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Service Desk Operatorin ICT.

What you will be doing?

• To research, resolve and respond to questions received by the service desk.
• To answer telephone calls received to the Service Desk in a timely manner ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
• To provide expert and creative solutions to users' computer and communications problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
