As an Account Manager in iPay, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the highest level of service. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and driving client satisfaction and retention with improving the existing base, this relationship must drive our other services with the accounts by insuring the remittance through iPay and using iPay payment method cross

Responsibilities for Account Management Executive Doha Jobs

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Address client concerns and queries promptly and effectively.
• Selling our system for new account
• Maintain the number of customers in his database
• Ensure the quality of channel sales and build relations with new accounts
• Coordinate with other department for customer and account complains
• Portal training, customer registrations
• Train the existing customers on how to use our services in iPay.
   

Qualifications for Account Management Executive Jobs in Doha

• Bachelor’s degree is preffered in Marketing or similar,
• Proven experience in sales account management
• Excellent customer service and sales support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
