Customer Service Representative - voice process jobs in Singapore

Job Description

Shift Hours:

• 8.5 hours/day (8 AM-1:30 AM) with a 1-hour meal break.
• 5.5 days work week including weekends (Off days will not be consecutive in a row)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls related to account servicing, product inquiries, and help desk requests, as well as provide support for campaigns.
• Follow through on case handling and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Ensure compliance with group standards and control regulations in the execution of customers' inquiries and transaction requests.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for both the bank and customers' information.

Job Requirements:

• At least with 1 year of experience as Customer Service Rep/Officer in Call Centre/Contact Centre environment. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be open to work flexible hours (shifting schedule), including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
