How you will create an impact
- To promote and conduct Telemarketing sales for general insurance products over the phone to new and existing customers
- To upsell/cross-sell the company’s products and services proactively when opportunity arises
- To understand customer’s needs and make appropriate product recommendations
- To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
- Consistently maintaining our highly ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients.
- To resolve customers’ problems, feedback and complaints by applying appropriate skills
- To feedback customer’s concerns to Team Manager for improvement
- To maintain amicable working relationship with Call Center colleagues and business partners
- To assist ad hoc initiatives / projects when required by management

What you’ll need to succeed

(SG Telemarketing Executives only)- Prior telesales and/or call center experience
- Fresh Diploma, Higher Nitec, Nitec holders are welcome to apply
- Basic Concept Principle (BCP) and Personal General Insurance (PGI) certification are required for the role
- Applicants without BCP & PGI will be considered if they possess the right skill-set & attitude
- Knowledge of Call Centre Systems & MS Office
- Bilingual in English and local second language preferred
- Highly motivated and results driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset with positive attitude.
- 5-day office hours work week excluding weekends and public holidays
- 12 months contract, renewal yearly subject to performance
- Remuneration includes Monthly Basic + KPI Achievement Incentive + Commission + 1 month completion bonus

- Full classroom training provided covering Skills, product, systems and processes
- Track record of career development and lateral movement to Claims, Underwriting, Product and other GI functions
