Lead Recruiter

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Lead Recruiter to spearhead our recruitment efforts. This senior role is crucial for strategizing and executing innovative recruitment approaches to attract top-tier talent essential for driving our groundbreaking projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, with a strong ability to lead initiatives and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Lead Recruiter: $110,000 - $120,000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Lead Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
 

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for key positions within ARPA-H.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-level talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Manage communications with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other recruitment staff.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management.
  • Promote the ARPA-H brand in all recruitment activities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
     

Lead Recruiter Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Federal Government contracting experience in a high-tech research or healthcare environment is required.
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience with significant leadership experience in a high-tech research or healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements in specialized or high-level positions.
  • Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, public health, or health research.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
  • Expertise in modern recruitment strategies and technology proficiency.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws affecting recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Must be a US Citizen and pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
  • Must obtain a background investigation commensurate with position sensitivity designation (Tier 2S with Subject Interview: Moderate Risk Public Trust).
