Architect cum Interior Designer - International Designing Firm - Dubai

Our client in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced and skilled Architect cum Interior Designer for an International Designing Firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess both Interior Designing and Architectural qualifications and have at least 3 years of experience working in the UAE or GCC region.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement bespoke projects for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), large conglomerates, design studios, architectural firms, and UNESCO projects.
Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects for airport projects, famous buildings, and architectural landscapes.
Utilize 5 years of work experience from Europe or Australia to enhance project quality and innovation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Provide technical support and guidance to the design team.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models.
Share portfolio links to demonstrate past project experience and expertise.

Qualifications:

Interior Designing and Architectural qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC region.
Experience working on bespoke projects.
Familiarity with working for HNWI, large conglomerates, design studios, architectural firms, and UNESCO projects.
Experience with airport projects, famous buildings, and architectural landscapes.
5 years of work experience in Europe or Australia.

Job Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 40,000
