Our client, based in Mumbai, is a leading distributor of specialty chemicals. They are looking to hire an experienced and skilled Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in the Pharma sector. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Mumbai and Pan India
  • 3 years of industry networking experience

Responsibilities

New Business Development & Sales:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales jobs within the specialty chemicals sector.
  • Budget Management: Meet budget objectives by managing customer relationships, product mix, and margins.
  • Go-to-Market (GtM) Strategy: Develop and implement effective GtM strategies for the pharma industry.
  • Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues and queries.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously capture market intelligence and monitor new customer trends and activities.
  • Reporting: Generate timely reports as per specified requirements.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Plan and forecast sales per Principal and business needs.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company in key industry exhibitions, meetings, and conferences to promote products and develop pipelines.
