? Job Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and system platforms

• Ensure accuracy of room blocks, group bookings, and market codes

• Identify guest needs and recommend appropriate room types and rates

• Explain booking guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies

• Manage special guest requests and document them accurately

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and accommodations

• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy

• Enter and manage reservation data using hotel systems

• Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate when required

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

? Team & Service Responsibilities

• Support management with training, coaching, and staff coordination

• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and uniform standards

• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Marriott standards

• Build positive working relationships with colleagues

• Follow quality assurance, safety, and hospitality best practices

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

? Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or hospitality preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Familiarity with hotel booking systems is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment

• Attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Candidates currently based in Qatar or GCC preferred
