Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support the end-to-end recruitment process. As a Recruitment Associate, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to help meet the company's hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates for various roles.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide updates and address queries throughout the recruitment process.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and align efforts with organizational goals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to enhance the hiring process.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools or CRMs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
