Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute cold and warm email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and partners.
Implement and manage email automation workflows to streamline communication and improve campaign efficiency.
Design and write compelling email content that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
Track email campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Maintain and segment email lists to ensure accurate targeting and optimize campaign reach.
Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and timing to improve campaign performance continuously.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing, particularly with cold and warm email outreach, automation, and campaign management.
Tech-savvy with experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in email marketing best practices.
Strong writing skills to create compelling email content and a strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
