We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join in-house design team within the Global Brand Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to work on a range of brand and marketing projects, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the visual identity of a global brand.
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visually engaging and brand-aligned content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Working closely with the Art Director and Senior Designers, this role will assist in designing assets for social media, digital advertising, presentations, and more. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and is eager to grow within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Support
Assist in the creation of graphics and visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email banners, website assets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Produce design concepts and layouts for review, integrating feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
Ensure all work adheres to organisation's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across projects.
Content Adaptation and Resizing
Adapt and resize existing design assets for various platforms, ensuring visuals look sharp and fit seamlessly within the required specifications.
Prepare and optimize design files for digital and print production, with attention to quality and technical requirements.
Collaboration and Learning
Work closely with Senior Designers, the Art Director, and cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions.
Take initiative to learn new design techniques, tools, and industry best practices, applying these to enhance personal and team productivity.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and a creative perspective to projects.
Quality Control and File Management
Conduct basic quality checks on design work, ensuring final assets are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
Organize and manage design files systematically, ensuring easy access and consistency across the team.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role or relevant internship experience, ideally within an in-house design team or creative agency.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a basic understanding of design for both digital and print formats.
A keen eye for detail, typography, and layout, with an understanding of basic design principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A collaborative mindset, open to constructive feedback, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or additional design software is a plus but not required.
