We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create captivating and visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company across all marketing channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and impactful.
• Work with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Continuously review and improve existing designs to keep them fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production and experience working with external vendors.
• Passion for design and a drive to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
