A company is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who is fluent in English and Arabic. You will play an important role in crafting visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the brand messages and positioning of our client to captivate diverse audiences. This role requires a strong visual aesthetic, superior design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts and content into compelling visuals that resonate with our clients’ audiences. Will collaborate with various teams to create high-quality content that aligns with our clients’ brand identity and communications and marketing objectives. Description:

• Ensure consistency in design across all channels, while adhering to brand guidelines and standards
• Update and maintain internal drives and files for designs, photography, and video assets
• Update brand guidelines for internal and external use, as needed
• Work closely with the marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver content and design assets that meet their specific requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communications
• Participate in (and lead) brainstorming sessions to gather and share new perspectives and ideas
• Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of digital and print graphics, in both Arabic and English, including logos, collateral, social media content, presentations, graphics, reports and publications
• Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and efficacy of projects
• Secure and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to effectively refine designs and achieve desired outcomes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain a project intake and delivery system to ensure smooth implementation of work
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software applications to continually improve skills and deliver on-brand designs that meet organisational objectives and build our brand awareness and strength

Criteria:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
• Must have a minimum of 5 years as a professional graphic designer, preferably in an agency or in-house role. Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, brand applications and a variety of projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• Meticulous approach to design with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
