On a given day, you will:

• Transform complex financial concepts into visually striking and easily understood graphics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces for our trading platforms
• Develop and maintain our visual design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Create eye-catching marketing materials that capture our brand essence and resonate with our global audience
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative techniques to our team

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility and creativity
• Hold a BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience
• Are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally have experience with 3D software like Blender or C4D
• Have a deep understanding of design systems and can create style guides for cross-functional use
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Are experienced in creating designs that work across complex products and multiple platforms
